Working with the staff at Chilled Out Creations reminded me how much I miss outstanding customer service and commitment to excellence. I ordered custom trays for my son's business. The staff was amazing and did several mockups for me. I am in California and the company is in Australia but the time difference was no problem. I would make a request or ask a question and when I woke in the morning, the answer was ready for my review. My son was absolutely thrilled with his gift...everyone calls him the "logo guy" as his business logo is on everything and now even his ice cubes.
