Frequently Asked Questions about Our Custom Ice Cube Trays

What materials are used for the ice cube trays?

Our ice cube trays are crafted using Platinum Silicone, known for its  durability, flexibility & food safe qualities.

How do I clean and maintain my custom ice cube tray?

Cleaning is easy! Hand wash the tray with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using abrasive materials to maintain the integrity of the design.

Can I order in bulk for events or promotions?

Certainly! We offer bulk ordering options. Contact our business services for more information on custom bulk orders.

Are the custom ice cube trays dishwasher-safe?

Our trays are dishwasher safe, but due to the unique personalised designs or each one we highly recommend hand washing.  

How long does it take to receive a custom order?

The processing time varies based on the complexity of the design. Typically, orders are shipped within 3 – 5 days. But with larger orders extra time may need to be allowed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products. Please review your order carefully.

How detailed can my custom design be?

We strive to capture intricate details in our custom designs. Unfortunately though not all designs will come out well in the Ice. Pleasecontact our design teamto discuss your specific requirements.

Can I use the custom ice cube trays for other purposes like baking or crafting?

While our trays are primarily designed for ice, some customers have found creative uses for them. However, we recommend using them as intended for optimal results.

What is your return policy for custom orders?

We cannot accept returns for custom orders, but we are happy to address any issues with damage or significant imperfections. Refer to our return policy for more details.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your return policy for custom orders?

At Chilled Out Creations, every ice tray is handcrafted and custom-made just for you. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or customised orders.

🚚 Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your item arrives damaged or with a significant imperfection, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. We’re more than happy to make it right.
