Shipping Policy – Chilled Out Creations

At Chilled Out Creations, all of our products are custom made with care. We aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently, whether you're in Australia or anywhere around the globe.

📦 Order Processing Times

  • Each tray is custom poured, packed, and quality-checked in our workshop.
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We ship all local orders via Australia Post.
  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Post available at checkout: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

🌏 International Shipping

  • Most international orders are shipped via Australia Post International.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
  • DHL Express is used for larger or bulk orders to ensure faster delivery. Estimated time: 3–7 business days.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most international orders, customs duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout — so what you see is what you pay. Australian and US customers pay no additional duties or taxes on delivery — everything is included at checkout.

United Kingdom: For orders under £135, duties and taxes are included in your checkout price with nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders over £135 in a single shipment may be subject to additional import duties or taxes imposed by UK customs upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have any concerns before placing a large order.

🔄 Delays or Issues

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, postal disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

If your order is significantly delayed or you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us at admin@chilledoutcreations.com.

🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
